Department for Education Advice – Coronavirus
DfE launched a new helpline to answer questions regarding COVID-19. All parents and staff can contact the following helpline;

You will be aware from the news that schools receive advice from the DfE regarding the recent cases of Coronavirus around the world. I want to reassure you again that we are taking the following precautions to try to eliminate germs:

• Teaching children how to wash their hands thoroughly

Deep cleaning surfaces and door handles
• Ventilating classrooms
• Keeping rooms below 22 degrees
• Encouraging children to keep hydrated
• Coughing into crook of the arm

• Blowing your nose into a tissue, bin it and wash your hands
