OSTED & SIAMS

OFSTED

Following the recent Ofsted inspection of Croughton All Saints on the 4th May 2023, we are very pleased that we are now able to provide you with a copy of the report that we have received for publication from Ofsted. You will also find a copy of it on the school website.

Our previous inspection was all the way back in May 2018 and the school was judged to be “Good”, I’m delighted to say that the outcome of the recent inspection was that “Croughton All Saints CofE Primary School continues to be a good school”.

I would like to pay tribute to Mrs Smith and the entire team for all their hard work in ensuring we continue to provide a high level of both educational and social development for all of our children. As always, there are things that can be improved and the report has noted some areas for further improvement. These have been recognised and there are already plans in place to address these.

We would like to thank all the parents and carers who completed the Ofsted questionnaire circulated prior to the inspection, and to those who spoke with the inspectors during the inspection. A huge thank you goes to the children whom the inspectors spoke to, it was noted just how well-behaved and polite you were and that you were a credit to the school.

The Governing body would like to commend and congratulate all our amazing staff in the professional and dedicated manner that they dealt with the inspection, especially at a time when Ofsted is very much in the media spotlight. During the verbal feedback we received, Ofsted were delighted with how well the staff work as a team especially considering the number of changes that have occurred over the last two years.

As a Governing body, together with the Headteacher, the Senior Leadership Team and all the staff, we are immensely proud of our school and we look forward to the future and how we can make our school reach new heights.
