Friends of Croughton All Saints C.E. Primary School
The Friends of Croughton All Saints School is our thriving parents, teachers and friends association. As is common knowledge in the media, schools are considerably under-funded and yet expectations on what they need to offer and provide for our children continues to increase.
We, as a PTFA are proud to organise many successful events throughout the year bringing together Croughton All Saints School with the wider community. Through our hard work, our pupils benefit from the money raised in numerous ways, including increased access to school trips, educational enrichment activities and much needed materials which support our children’s education, as well as their mental and physical wellbeing.
We are passionate about the children accessing learning opportunities outside of the classroom and have made a commitment to contribute £10 per child towards a school trip each academic year. We hope that this helps parents and carers throughout the ongoing financial challenges.
In the past 12 months we have organised Mothers and Father’s Day gift shops, served pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, hosted a hugely popular school disco, held a stall at the Brackley fireworks and our main fundraiser of the year remains the Croughton Christmas Fayre.
We are always looking for new members. f you want to get involved, please catch one of the committee members, ask at the school office or email email@example.com. Supporting the Friends of Croughton All Saints School is fun, rewarding and a great way to meet other parents. To get involved, you don’t need to be a committee member or commit on a regular basis. We are always grateful to have an extra pair of hands: whether this be sorting school uniform; serving refreshments at our events; or manning the door at the disco. We are all volunteers so more hands, make light work and the more fundraising events we are able to arrange, the more opportunities we will be able to offer our children.
